- Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; Operate or tend self propelled equipment and implements much of which are equipped with GPS and used in agricultural production such as tractor, mixer, planter, drill, mower, baler, loader, skid steer, bale processor, grass digger and sprigger, brush beater, etc. for duties such as fertilizing, planting, weeding, harvesting, storing, moving to market or storage crops such as silage, wheat, hay; Assist with operating pivot, drip, and pod irrigation; Adjust and ready farm machinery and equipment; Maintain fences and clean work areas.
