- Job Duties:
- Workers on this application will be on farms, hand weeding crops such as corn and beans in the fields. Duties will include assisting in the detasseling of corn plants and roguing corn plants (removing plants with undesirable characteristics from the fields). Additional duties will include removing weeds, rocks, and sticks from the rows of crops. Workers will walk and weed the fields as well, using garden hoes to remove unwanted weeds. Each worker will be responsible for their own rows of crops on the farm. Tools used will be garden hoes and machetes.

- Must be willing to work on feet in bent, stooped, and crouched positions for long periods of time. Work requires repetitive movements and extensive walking.
