- General farm labor, including but not limited to: Plant, irrigate, cultivate, and harvest crops; Maintain and service farm equipment; Drive and maintain farm equipment, including, but not limited to tractors, vehicles, lawn mowers, and weed eaters. Workers have the opportunity for overtime on Sunday. Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
