- Job Duties:
- Picking Cucumbers in 5/8 bushel buckets walking over to wagon and pouring into bins. employee must be able to bend over and pick cukes, lift and carry 50 lbs all day long. Cutting summer squash or zucchini on mule train, cut and clean pumpkins and put in cardboard bins. Employee must be able to cut and lift pumpkins that weigh up to 50 lbs. Cut cabbage with stainless steel knife and set in one ton crate, pulling cabbage plants, hand pack and pick sweet corn, pick and pack Brussel sprouts. Planting cabbage, Brussel sprouts, tomatoes and peppers,. Picking and packing tomatoes and peppers in hampers and boxes.
