Job Duties:

We farm 5,000 acres of corn, soybeans and sugar beets. Employees will assist in operating farm equipment such as forklifts, tractors, trucks, ATV, and grain cart. Employees will assist with all aspects of growing these crops and processing corn silage, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities. Employer may provide pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.

Special Requirements:

Employer will conduct post-hire drug tests at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background as required by the workplace safety policy and company HR hiring practices as allowed by law. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license within 30 days of hire. Require 3 months experience.
