- Job Duties:
- Duties may include: Plant, spray, weed, fertilize, water, and prune plants, fruits, and vegetables. Harvest plants, and transplant or pot and label them, set up and operate irrigation equipment, tie and bunch flowers, plants, shrubs, and trees, wrap their roots, and pack them into boxes to fill orders. Help transport plants and equipment within work locations with company pick-up trucks and tractors. Washing, grading, sorting, and packaging of the unaltered crops. Clean and maintain work areas, & other related Farm Worker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible overtime/weekend/holiday work.

- Must be 18 years of age. Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 75lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Variable weather conditions may apply. Worker must be able to obtain a valid Driver's License in the State of Pennsylvania within 2 weeks of reporting to work.
