- Rougeing: Cut rouge(off type) with shovels. Detassling: Detassel fertile female plants. Safety gear will be provided at no cost to the worker. Employees will work in all weather except when there is a lightning threat. Use employer-provided clippers to carefully remove the tassels from live corn plants in the field left behind by the machine.
