CA Tax ID: 078-45076 FEIN: 81-3784335 Job Duties - Description of the specific services or labor to be performed: Field workers to perform the following duties: transplant plant production: tomatoes, chilies, eggplant, pumpkin, onions, maintain farm buildings. Preparation of soil, filling trays, planting trays, moisten the trays, take the trays to the germination room, take the trays to the greenhouses (to create) the plants, water trays, fertilize the trays, control any pests, and plant diseases to have excellent plant quality for the benefit of the producer.

Special Requirements:

3 months of experience in plant production is required. Specific requirements include lifting up to 25 pounds frequently and being able to use hand tools, including cutting knives. Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather conditions, including rain, cold, high winds, etc. Workers should come prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear for the environmental and working conditions described. Work involves frequent bending and working in bent or stooped positions. Must be able to walk and stand up extensively. No smoking or illegal weapons or controlled substances on the fields or in the houses. Workers must abide by Employer housing rules. Ability to understand and communicate in English or Spanish is required for training and safety purposes. (i.e., Workers must listen to, understand, and follow instructions of Employer supervisors and managers.) (See Addendum C)
