Job Duties:

Manually harvest vegetables. Use hand tools such as shears and knives. Duties include sorting, packing and loading harvested products In the fields. Will hand harvest cucumbers, summer squash, miniature pumpkins, winter squash, performing any combination of the following duties by hand harvesting Into harvest crates and buckets and loading onto or In harvest bins and trailers. Will unload, grade, pack and stack beans In warehouse. Will hand cut Individual heads of cabbage placing individually Into bins or wagons using a knife. Weigh beans and add or remove from container to obtain specified weight. thin plants by hand or hoe as directed by supervisor. Work requires standing. walking, bending repetitively. lifting up to 60 pounds and kneeling. drive bus to transport workers to and from field. Not all workers will be requested to drive. Those that are requested to drive will be required to possess appropriate license. No one will be rejected for the position that does not possess a driver's license. Three months experience In commercial, conventional farming In the jobs listed is required. Workers referred against this order must have a minimum of 3 months verifiable experience In performing the tasks posted In this job order. Random drug end alcohol testing may be done If required by a government regulation, post-hire at employer's expense. Workers may not use cell phones for personal calls, emails or texts during working times. Phone use must be limited to break times and lunch break. workers will be provided a designated day of rest each week. Day of rest may vary with notice to the employee. Workers may be requested but not required to work on their sabbath.

Worker will have a 24-hour rest period weekly, and no one will be required to work 7 days per week or be terminated for not working 7 days per week. Workers may be requested but not required to work on their Sabbath.
