- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform job duties of general farm labor for a temporary period. Job duties will consist of planting, irrigating, cultivating, and harvesting crops. Workers will work with the following crops: alfalfa, plums, peaches, and pomegranate. Workers will plant, weed, and harvest crops. Workers will operate and maintain the following farm equipment and machinery: tractors and skid-steer loaders. Workers will perform general cleaning tasks to keep the working environment safe and orderly. Workers will set up, operate, and maintain irrigation systems to ensure crops receive enough water. Once crops are harvested, workers will clean, sort, pack, and load the crops for storage and shipment.
