- Job Duties:
- Help with work related to agriculture, and work as a farmhand, including cultivating soil, performing farm work, construct frames and trellises, shovel snow, move plant material, water & manage crops, clearing stables, and feeding chickens, raking & shoveling, as well as any other duties required by the farmer. Crops harvested are Tomatoes, Garlic, and Apples, other duties are moving tools, crops, and other items such as wood pellets, spare parts, wood boards, etc. Other duties include helping to move tools, items of importance, and other heavy goods. Farm labor will include working in adverse conditions expected of Autumnal and Winter seasonal weather of Western Massachusetts
