Job Duties:

Pump nutrients from our storage tanks into the nurse tanks, calculate blends, batch the blends, then pump the blends into storage tanks on vehicles. Operate field ag equipment on a farm for a farmer such as self-propelled sprayers or spreaders to apply liquid or dry nutrients. Workers will also prepare and load ag lime into applicable agricultural equipment to apply product. Workers will also clean equipment as necessary for future use.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Illinois applicators license is required. Must be able to obtain a CDL within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Employer requires drug screen post-hire at employers' expense due to the liability of operating expensive equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment.
