- Job Duties:
- Row crop farm labor including, but not limited to: Drive and operate farm machinery such as tractors, ATVs, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery; Till soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, harvest, store, and pack crops; Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides to crops; Set up and operate irrigation equipment; Load and unload supplies, boxes, containers, produce during harvest, etc.; Perform manual labor, mechanical repairs, and maintenance such as preparing barns, draining fields, preparing land for planting, and maintenance of farm vehicles and implements, fences, and tools. Must be able to operate farm vehicles on public roads.” Workers may receive salary increases and merit-based bonuses based upon merit, skill, and/or experience at the sole discretion of the employer.
