- The need for workers to help the seasonal duties which includes herding cattle to administer the required castrating, branding (in order to identify ownership and grade, using brands) weighing (on scales), catching and loading animals on truck, or enclosures, vaccination. Maybe required to repair fence, cattle guards repair equipment, mechanical repairs or maintenance on equipment being used to conduct task.
