- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Manually plant, cultivate and harvest plants Use hand tools, such as knives, pruners, shears, loppers and pesticide sprayers. Must be able to bend/stoop and push/pull frequently, be on feet all day, lift up to 50 lbs. Fast-paced environment. Workers are provided a two-day break-in period to acclimate to the demands of the job. Workers must be physically fit to perform job duties without succumbing to excessive exhaustion after break-in period. Workers will be provided safety training will be expected to handle tools/equipment safely and carefully so as to avoid damage and to protect the worker from potential injury. Employer shall comply with all federal, state and local safety requirements. 3 months experience preferred.
