- Drug test paid for by employer, post hire. Must have 3 months experience in harvesting, cultivating and grafting. Must harvest without damage to fruit or tree. Must recognize stage for grafting, make bark incision at best location & particular incision pattern for specific specie of rootstock, insert properly then secure insert to root stock.
