- Front-line Supervisor will perform pre-trip vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues with vehicle, transport workers to and from housing to worksites. -Will perform pre-harvest field inspections and manage employee safety. -Will manage crew members with different types of packs and quality control. -Will manage crew daily time sheets.
