- Crawfishing involves manually cutting up fish bait, baiting traps, operating motorized and push crawfish boats, traps are removed from the pond, crawfish are emptied into sacks, traps are re-baited and put back into pond; make crawfish traps; repair crawfish traps as needed; weigh and tag crawfish; wash and grade crawfish; processing of crawfish harvested; load crawfish in trucks to deliver to markets/customers; load and unload trucks.
