Job Description

- Job Duties:
- Operate tractors on farm property pulling a peanut buggy or peanut digger. May operate a cotton stripper, cotton buggy or module builder. Lift up to 50lbs. Work is 8-12 hours per day. Worker may be requested, but not required, to work additional hours as business needs demand and depending upon the conditions in the fields, weather, and maturity of crop. Hours may fluctuate due to weather conditions or mechanical breakdowns but will not reduce the 3/4 guarantee over the life of the contract. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test (at no cost to the worker), as part of fitness for duty and workers safety. Drug testing relates to safety assurance in remote environment. Testing positive or failure to comply with the random drug testing may result in immediate termination from employment. Possibility of work breakdown will not reduce workers guarantee over the life of the contract.
