- Job Duties:
- Workers will perform assigned duties as instructed by their supervisor. Duties may vary from time to time. Agriculture Equipment Operators / tractor driver will be mowing in the groves spraying in the groves along with using equipment to push trees and using machines to repair fence such as skid steers. From time to time worker might drive a pickup truck to move equipment within fields. They will also be discing and rolling and seeding back pasture where we have cut sod or hay. The workers will repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment, to include exchanging oil, greasing, and changing tires on fruit loaders and busses as needed. Hand labor Guys will be doing trunk injections along with irrigation maintenance such as changing out microjets and fixing breaks in the line. The employer will provide the tools necessary to perform the described job duties without charge to the worker. The employer will charge the worker for reasonable costs related to the worker’s refusal or negligent failure to return the tools or due to such worker’s willful damage or destruction of the tools.
