- Job Duties:
- Performs any of the following tasks to attend to livestock: Apply/administer medications/vaccinations to livestock. Check/maintain cattle feed and water equipment. Clean livestock stalls with disinfectant. Feed Livestock. Groom Livestock. Inspect livestock for illness/injury. Maintain livestock equipment. Make hay feed. Mix additives in feed. Order feed for animals. Place mineral blocks. Protect livestock from predators. Spray livestock with insecticide. Tend to young calves. Transport cattle. Collect and remove manure from livestock facilities. Break up ice in watering troughs.
