- Job Duties:
- Manipulate controls to set, activate, and adjust machinery; Operate or tend self-propelled equipment and implements (much of which are equipped with John Deere GPS) used in agricultural production such as tractor, combine, spreader, etc. for duties such as fertilizing, planting, weeding, harvesting, storing crops such as corn, soybeans; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling and drive to market or storage facilities; Haul and spread litter (fertilizer) and other materials to condition soil; Harvest and package crops such as corn; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment.
