The Department of Labor recently announced new minimum wage rates, called Adverse Effect Wage Rates (AEWRs), that employers must offer and pay, at the time work is performed, to nonimmigrant H-2A workers and workers in corresponding employment beginning on the effective date of the new wage rates. Performs any of the following tasks to attend to livestock: Deicing and cleaning water troughs; Cleaning and clearing out snow and ice out of food troughs; Mixing cattle feed; Checking cattle for illness and wounds daily; Administering medicine and vaccinations using syringes and needles as needed; Checking gates and fences at feedlot daily and repairing them as needed. Drive to town to pick up cattle supplies. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Livestock: Beef Cattle
