Serrato and Son Grove Care (also referred to herein as "Serrato and Son" "Employer'' or "Company") is headquartered in Valley Center, California (36437-B Carney Road, Valley Center, California 92082), Phone: (760)742-3553, e-mail: serratofarms@aol.com. The employer has designated this as the Application site. Serrato and Son Grove Care is a Registered Farm Labor Contractor. Job title: Field Workers/Picker (Citrus and Avocado) Workers Needed: a. Total: 26 b. H-2A: 20 Serrato and Son Grove Care seeks certification for 20 H-2A workers and 26 total workers. Of the 26 total workers, 6 will be domestic workers who do not require housing. Agricultural products: AVOCADO, VALENCIA ORANGE, GRAPEFRUIT, SWEET LIME, REED AVOCADO, KUMQUATS, GOLDEN NUGGET, PINK LEMON, GUAYABA, ATEMOYA, BUDDA HAND, MANDARINA, CARA-CARA Field Workers to perform the following duties: HARVESTING, PRUNING, FERTILIZING, LAND CLEARING, PACKING and WEED SPRAYING. (See Addendum C)

Special Requirements:
No experience harvesting avocado and citrus is required. Specific requirements include lifting up to 60-90 pounds frequently and being able to use hand tools, including cutting knives. Cannot be color blind due to the need to distinguish colors of crops. Must be able to use hand clippers and work on high ladders on hillsides. Must be able to carry ladders and cannot be afraid of heights. (See Addendum C)
