- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2093 Farmworkers, Farm, Ranch, and Aquacultural Animals such as: Attend to live farm, ranch animals that include cattle; Duties include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, catching, and loading animals; Maintain records on animals; Examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; Assist in birth deliveries and weaning; Administer medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate; Move livestock from one location to another; Break ice in watering facilities; Prepare winter grazing; Distribute feed to animals; Sort cattle for sale.
