- Job Duties:
- Use hand tools such as shovels, scoops, brooms, for sweeping, and cleaning wheat and soybean crops; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Participate in the inspection and post-harvest treatment of crops; Sweep bins with hand broom after crops are augured; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds including removing snow; Must be able to work in dusty conditions and be willing to work inside bins; Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate employer provided safety equipment.
