- Job Duties:
- Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse for the purpose of preserving and maintaining wildlife habitat on the farm during the migration of waterfowl in our area such as: perform manual labor including using hand tools to remove trees to reclaim land; dig ditches; set overfall pipe to improve drainage; remove debris including using a chain saw; pile trees and other natural debris for burning or decomposing; haul off and discard other debris; manage food plot; inspect and record wildlife population; maintain adequate water levels in dormant crop acres as habitat for wildlife; follow safety protocols and burn off excess growth; repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures.
