- Job Duties:
- Manual construction labor to erect on farm drying system, conveyors, transfers, tanks, warehouse using hammer, power drill, straps, ladders, screws, nails, bolts; use shovel and rake to level dirt for pouring concrete; pour footings and floors; assemble sheets of steel by following a set pattern; unloading, reassembling and connecting, including using hand tools, drying and milling equipment; replace bearings, flashing, sprockets, gears, and pullies; inspect and replace as needed; follow food safety guidelines and policies at all times; drive farm vehicle to haul off scraps and to obtain items like sheets of metal, steel beams.
