Job Duties:

General farm workers for crawfish season. Crawfishing to include: bait crawfish traps, operate motorized crawfish boats; lift traps from pond; load crawfish on truck and bring back to farm; unload sacks of crawfish; repair and maintain traps, farm equipment, shop, field levees, and farm roads as needed; Frequent stooping, lifting requirement of 40 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, working outside in inclement weather conditions; tractor driving. Tools, supplies & equipment provided at no cost to workers. Housing provided on the premises at no cost. Employees may make above hourly wage and or receive bonuses based on work performance and experience, may be subject to random drug screen paid by employer upon hire or if suspicions arise--this is a drug free work zone. Transportation & subsistence expenses to the worksite will be paid by the employer upon completion of 50% of the work contract. Must have legal authority to work within the U.S.
