- Job Duties:
- Harvest, plant, count, pick, hand sort, load and unload: soybeans, cotton, corn and wheat. All jobs will be done under extreme weather conditions, repetitive movements like bending, stooping and heavy lifting. A worker may be requested to repair farm equipment and haul crops in the field. Workers will also be pulling weeds, raking, cleaning around shed areas, laying irrigation pipes, laying poly pipe, filling in planters, mowing, placing or pulling plastic, and digging ditches.
