Job Duties:

all aspects of commercial beekeeping Increase colonies. transport feed and medicate bees, harvest and extract honey. maintenance of equipment and facilities. occasional feed/watering of chickens, sheep, cows. Monitor beehives. Increase and split colonies. Scrape frames. Build paint and repair equipment. Job requires minimum of 3 months of agricultural experience working on a honeybee farm handling manual and mechanized tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Applicants must be able to furnish verbal or written statement establishing relevant prior work experience. Must be able to lift/carry 60 lbs. Must not bee allergic to bee stings. 5 or 6 days a week, Saturday work required when requested. you may be requested but not required to work on Sundays and 3 U.S. holidays: Memorial day, July 4, and labor day.
