Job Duties:

Pump nutrients from our storage tanks into the nurse tanks, calculate blends, batch the blends, then pump the blends into storage tanks on vehicles. Operate field ag equipment on a farm for a farmer such as self-propelled sprayers or spreaders to apply liquid or dry nutrients. Workers will also prepare and load ag lime into applicable agricultural equipment to apply product. Workers will also clean and maintain equipment as necessary for future use.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. MN Commercial Applicator license is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employer's expense due to the liability of operating equipment. Failure to pass drug screen will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive sitting is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
