- Job Duties:
- We custom harvest wheat, corn and other crops for silage. We also bale hay. We harvest our own wheat, corn, sorghum and cotton that we grow on our own property. Employees will need to operate trucks and harvesting equipment, drive semi-tractor/trailers to haul crops from field to storage areas, drive tractors, operate combines and grain carts. Maintenance and repairs will be required. Mechanical skills are highly recommended. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
