Job Duties:

This job requires nursery work by the worker. This is an application for Ornamental pot plants. Work duties include preparing soil and growth media, cultivating and otherwise participating in horticultural activities on acreage, in a nursery or in environmentally controlled structures such as a greenhouse or shed. Crops: Ornamental pot plants. These crops listed may or may not be planted and the employer is not limited to only these crops listed. There are general conditions of employment, general job specifications and individual requirements that are specific to each job duty. The Worker will perform any combination of the following duties: - Concerned with preparing soil and growth media. - Cultivating other otherwise participating in horticultural activities under close supervision on acreage, in nursery or in environmentally controlled structure such as a greenhouse and shed. - Hauls and spreads topsoil, fertilizer, peat moss and other materials to condition land.
