Job Duties:

Job Description: Clawson Ranch Partnership is a diversified dryland and irrigated farm. Crops grown include corn, soybeans, milo, wheat, cotton and hay (sudangrass). Employees will need to plant, spray and harvest crop. Job duties will include all aspects of farming which includes tractor driving, pulling various implements like a fertilizer rig, or a planter, irrigation sprinkler maintenance and repair, maintenance and repair of other equipment. Will need to utilize computer monitors in the farming equipment, transporting diesel, seed and chemicals. Complete other routine farm duties. Must have experience operating and maintaining center pivot irrigation systems. Previous experience operating large tractors and heavy-duty farm equipment. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion.
