- Job Duties:
- Apply fertilizer to fields. Employees will operate company owned equipment for transferring grain and fertilizer. Assist with the train loads going out and agronomy train loads coming in. Assist in monitoring and maintaining grain quality. Assist with the mixing and loading of liquid/dry fertilizer and chemical products Conduct and help manage inventory. Assist with the operation of the scale to weigh products. Perform routine maintenance and repairs of equipment and vehicles. Employees will be required to operate single or double axel trucks (<26,00lbs), forklifts, scale operations, augers, front-end loaders, and application equipment. Sweep and clean out grain bins. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer’s discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.

- Must be able to climb to heights of up to 200ft. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must have a regular driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days. Employer will conduct post-hire and random drug testing at employer's expense to enforce a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Employer will conduct post-hire criminal background checks at no cost to the employee and will not employ anyone with a felony/theft criminal background. Must be proficient in English. Employer may deduct for willful destruction of property. Must have school diploma or GED and 3 months experience.
