- Job Duties:
- We need seasonal employees to assist with field operations from February to December. Employees will operate machinery such as tractors, choppers, farm trucks, forklifts, loaders and combines to assist in planting, spraying, side dressing and harvesting soybeans, wheat, and corn. Employees will also perform maintenance on equipment and do infield repairs. Other duties will include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a commercial CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
