Job Duties:

Employees will operate machinery such as tractors, choppers, farm trucks, loaders and combines to plant and harvest Agricultural Commodities and general labor. Employees will also perform maintenance on equipment and general labor. Other duties will include repairing and maintaining farm vehicles, implements and mechanical equipment. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from CDL requirement for farm trucking. No commercial truck driving is required. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for longevity and experience.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive movements, frequent stooping and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Employer will conduct criminal background checks and post-hire and random drug testing at employer's expense. Conduct drug testing to enforce a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Will not hire anyone with a violent or theft criminal background. May deduct for willful destruction of property. Require a regular drivers license and 3 months experience.
