- Job Duties:
- Perform duties on a farm for a farm like: Drive and operate harvesting machines on clients’ farms. Typical harvest equipment may include: large and small square balers, self propelled windrowers, pull type windrowers, rotary rakes, tractors, and telehandlers. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Service machinery and make incidental in-field repairs. Between harvest jobs will be working on equipment to prepare for upcoming harvest jobs. Will also be rebailing large bales into small square bales at the main farm location.

- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required. Repetitive movements is required. Employer requires drug screen post hire at employer's expense due to the liability of operating equipment. the background check and drug test will be done post hire at the employers expense. The background check is required due to children being present on the farms. Drug testing will be done due to the liability of workers operating company vehicles and expensive equipment.
