- Job Duties:
- We are looking for employees to operate our application equipment and other duties to support those operations. When not doing application, employees will assist in other parts of the business as needed. Employees will provide application services on the farm by driving a sprayer, drive dry fertilizer applicator, and other equipment as needed. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and general maintenance on equipment, grain bins and buildings as needed. Complete general labor duties as assigned.

- Job requires the ability to lift 50 lbs. We conduct post-hire/random drug testing at no cost to the employee to enforce a drug free workplace policy. Failing a drug test will result in termination. We require 3 months experience.
