- Job Duties:
- We have farms in California and Texas. This position is for our Texas farm, which operates 1,030 acres. Our primary crop is cotton, with the possibility of growing wheat or sorghum as well. Employee will assist with operating tractor for tillage, planting, and cultivation; weeding; operating and maintaining wells, subsurface drip irrigation systems, and center pivot sprinklers. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employer may provide performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
