Job Duties:

Performs duties like: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc and drill to tractor. Till soil, plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate self-propelled combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair/maintenance to farm machinery. Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools, or farm workers. Preparing fields for planting crops, caring for crops, spraying crops, harvesting crops, preparing fields for winter, harvesting hay, maintaining farm buildings, cutting trees, maintaining fencing, mowing/weed eating, general seasonal farm work. Crops: Alfalfa, Grain, Silage, Soybeans, Corn

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Extensive sitting is required. Extensive walking is required. Frequent stooping is required.
