- Job Duties:
- Performs duties such as but not limited to: drive and operate farm machinery to plant, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops. Attach farm implements, such as plow, disc, planter and/or drill to tractor. Till soil; plant and cultivate grain. Tow harvesting equipment. Drive and operate tractors and/or combine. General lubrication, service (check fluids) and mechanical repair to farm machinery.Crops: Corn, Soy Beans, Wheat, Straw

- Special Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Lift and carry items weighing up to 60 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Extensive pushing and pulling is required. Overtime and taking holiday is mandatory. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
