- Job Duties:
- Job duties include the operation of various farm equipment to till soil, plant, spray, irrigate, harvest, transport crops to the storage area and shipping grain as needed. Equipment that employees will operate includes combine, sprayer, tractor, track tractor, disk, chisel plow, field cultivator, sub soiler, roller, planters, grain cart, track hoe, back hoe, forklift, and dike plow. Non CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Duties include manual labor such as servicing equipment, cleaning around the shop and farm, laying poly-pipe, setting underground pipe, using hand tools in fields, weed eating, mowing grass, and pressure washing when necessary. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

- Special Requirements:
- Employees must be able to lift 100 pounds since they will be laying pipe and setting underground equipment. Employees will also be required to meet the marked tasks as they may apply when performing duties on the farm. Criminal background check may be done post hire at the employer's expense to ensure safety on and around the worksite.
