Job Duties:

Seeking a self-motivated farm worker that will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and servicing farm machinery and equipment such as tractors, harvesting equipment, sprayers, and irrigation equipment. Farm crops include cotton and soybeans and we operate new equipment with updated technologies. Must have basic knowledge of farm equipment and farming operations. Ability to perform manual labor, work long hours around others and have good communication skills.

Special Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of experience is required. Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Employer requires criminal background check post-hire at employers' expense due to the presence of children and expensive tools and equipment on the farm. Failure to pass criminal background check will result in termination of employment. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion.
