- Job Duties:
- Maintaining pond water levels, checking traps, harvesting crawfish using a push boat, manual cutting of bait, packaging and storing bait in cooler or freezer, operating a 4 wheeler, bagging, washing, weighing and storing crawfish. Cleaning the washing facility. Job involves manual physical labor including repetitive stooping, bending and working outside in inclement weather, loading and unloading trucks. Must be able to lift 80 lbs.
