Job Duties:

We farm 1000 acres of corn and soybean, also run 300 acres of hay ground. Beside commercial farming, we operate an agriculture research company and have small multi-crop test plots. We need seasonal employees to assist with all aspects of raising these crops including tilling, planting, spraying, maintenance, harvesting and hauling crops. Employees will need to operate farm equipment to work ground, plant fields, operate a combine to harvest, mowers and balers to mow and bale hay. Employees will need to help with planting, sampling, and harvesting the test plots as well. Looking for individuals that are highly motivated that wants to join an experienced team in an agricultural related business. This person must have mechanical experience working on a wide variety of farm equipment. This person will be operating various implements in general crop and hay production. This person must be willing to work with a variety of other co-workers (all ages), be highly self-motivated, detail orientated, and willing to learn.

Special Requirements:

Job requires extensive sitting and exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Job requires a regular drivers license. Require 3 months experience.
