- propagation of plant material including pot and ground planting, fertilizing, and overall maintenance of all plants. Harvesting of plant material in preparation for delivery to job sites. Cutting of grass on farm, as needed. Once hired, workers may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
