- Prepare fields for planting. Pick rocks and operate tractors to till the soil. Operate farming equipment and trucks in order to plant, spray, harvest and haul small corn and soybean crops. Run irrigation pivots. Service and repair farm machinery. General farm upkeep duties such as facility maintenance and shop work.
