- Job Duties:
- Assist in the production of horticultural plants at a commercial tree farm and nursery. Load and unload trucks. Prep plant material. Transplant seedlings. Fertilize, prune, water, apply pesticides, mulch and mix soils. Remove weeds from containers and grounds. Organize and label material and growing plants. Plant seedlings and transfer to greenhouses. Use hand sheers to trim trees. General facility maintenance, cleaning and upkeep.
